At Ecoatingstore, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Here is our return and refund policy:

Return Period:
Customers have the right to return their products within 90 days of receipt. This does not apply to custom-made products, which cannot be returned.

Return Process:
Returns can easily be initiated through your account on our website. Simply follow the instructions provided there to return your products.

Refunds:
Once we have received the returned products, your payment will be refunded within 14 days. This also applies to cancellations or order changes, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

Cancelling or Changing Orders:
You may cancel or modify your order at any time before it has been shipped. In these cases as well, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
