General
These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements from Ecoatingstore.nl. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these conditions.

Offer & Agreement
All offers are clearly described. An agreement is formed once the customer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions. Electronic orders are confirmed by email.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for products and digital content, unless excluded. Custom-made items or sealed goods for hygiene reasons cannot be returned. Consumers must handle products carefully and bear return shipping costs.

Obligations of Ecoatingstore
Upon withdrawal, Ecoatingstore refunds all payments within 14 days once the returned product is received or the customer proves it has been sent.

Price & Payment
All prices include VAT. Payments must be made within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery
Ecoatingstore ships as soon as possible, no later than 30 days. Risk transfers to the customer only after delivery.

Warranty
Products meet agreed specifications. Additional warranties from manufacturers do not limit legal rights. No warranty is provided for application results since products are applied by consumers (DIY).

Complaints & Disputes
Complaints must be reported in time. Disputes between consumers and Ecoatingstore are governed by Dutch law.
