Shipping Costs:
For orders within Europe, standard shipping costs are €6.95. Orders over €80 are shipped free of charge.

Delivery Times:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day. The average delivery time is 1 to 2 days, depending on the destination and availability.

Order Tracking:
After shipment, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your order online.

Shipping Outside Europe:
We also ship outside Europe (on request). Please contact us for more information about international shipping costs and delivery times.

Packaging Policy:
We pack our products carefully to prevent damage during transport.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days, provided the products are unopened and in their original condition. This does not apply to custom-made products.
